One-on-One Personal Training is an excellent way to learn the precise way to excel with your body and your life. Whether you are looking for sports-specific training, weight loss / management, balance training, flexibility training, cardio training or metabolic training, True Body Fitness offers you custom solutions tailored to you and your goals.

Paired Personal Training is a cost-saving alternative to One-on-One training for a pair with similar fitness goals and capabilities.

Group Fitness Classes will keep you on your toes and stretch you toward a better, fitter life. We offer Spin, Spin and Core, Spin and Sculpt, Tabata, and Buns and Guns!

Century Ride

This is a 10-week course that will take you from the basics in cycling up to a full 100 mile ride. The program will begin at 10:30 AM and will last one hour to start. Every week you will add a half hour until you hit that full century. Starting March 30, 2014 this 10 week program will cost $180 and will also include an unlimited pass to all other classes on the schedule. Only 7 spots left!

Spin and Sculpt

This class will be a fusion of Spin and progressive kettlebell training. Half the class will be spent in the group room on the bikes building cardio and lower body strengthening. The other half will be in the gym utilizing kettlebells to strengthen and develop your upper and lower body while also building stability in the joints and building core strength.  The program will meet at 8 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays for 4 weeks and will last one hour. You may sign up for one class a week for $80 or for all 8 classes for $140. This will include an unlimited pass to all other classes on the schedule.

Buns and Guns (also called “Flow” or “Power”)

Buns and Guns is a popular, evolving form of traditional hatha yoga that focuses on integrating intention, breath, movement, awareness, alignment, strength and flexibility. Vinyasa as a form is always evolving and weaves together wisdom teachings, poetry and music that can inspire physical, energetic, mental, intuitive, and pure bliss states of consciousness. Likened to a dynamic dance, postures (or asanas) are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect.   View schedule>


Starting in April 2014 we will be having our second round of the TBfit teams! Get some extra circuit training in a small, encouraging group setting that includes just six clients. We’ll be doing fitness tests at the beginning, middle, and end to keep you on track.

A team member ship includes:
- 8 weeks of unlimited classes
- Team meetings with access to all the tools you need to stay fit and team support.
(Each will be an hour long workouts but with a focus on teaching program design).

Plan to come sweat, track your progress and learn what you need to do to stay healthy!

Each team is six members. You can choose to join:
- Group one, which will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 am
- Group two, which will meet Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:30 pm
Each meet up time will be held for an hour and will focus on motivation.
